Terms and Conditions
Appointments
Sessions are confirmed with advance payment. Unpaid bookings will be released after 24 hours.
Late changes (less than 48 hours), no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will forfeit the session fee.
Packages
Packages are valid for 4 months from your first session.
Sessions are non-shareable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
All sessions must be with the same therapist.
In-person and online sessions can be mixed, depending on availability.
Sessions not used within the validity period will expire.
Fees
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If finances are a concern, let’s talk — a sliding scale may be available.
Conditions for Therapy
Clients under 18 years old need parent/guardian consent before starting therapy.
For couples and pre-marital therapy, each partner fills in their own Intake & Consent form before the first session.
